Trenna jewellery is packaged with attention and care. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be sent.
Trenna Jewellery ships to France, European Union and Switzerland.
Cost of delivery:
France, free delivery. Delivery time 2-3 days.
European Union and Switzerland, €1.50. International priority letter, delivery time 3-5 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
By nature, each item of handmade jewellery is unique. Although carefully made, your item of Trenna jewellery may differ ever so slightly from the photos on the website.
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you have received your order to return your item for a refund.
First of all, please contact Trenna Jewellery to explain the problem and reason for the return.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and without signs of use. The cost of postage is to be paid by the sender. Once the item has been received and verified, the item (not the shipping) will be reimbursed.
Trenna Jewellery does not offer exchanges.
